OpenClaw Worker strips away orchestration complexity. One bash script spawns 3 concurrent Claude Code CLI instances into isolated tmux panes. Create a plain-text task file, drop it in tasks/, and the task watcher dispatches it to the next available worker. Workers execute in real-time, completed missions archive themselves. Supports tmux interactive, headless, and VS Code terminal modes with auto-recovery and model failover.
